Donation & Refund Policy

1. Making a donation

• You can donate any amount from ₹1 to ₹5,00,000 per transaction, in Indian Rupees, on our Donate page.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets (as offered at checkout).
• If you give your e-mail address, Razorpay e-mails you a payment receipt. For a receipt from the Pratishthan, e-mail us with your payment reference.

2. How donations are used

Donations are used only for the objects of the Pratishthan. Under its Rules, funds are allocated 40% to social objects, 20% to educational objects, 20% to cultural objects and 20% to other objects, and the accounts are audited every year.

3. Cancellation

A donation cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed. Please check the amount and your details before you pay.

4. Refunds

Donations are generally not refundable. We will refund a donation if:

• the same donation was charged more than once (duplicate payment);
• a wrong amount was charged because of a technical error or a clear typing mistake;
• money was deducted but the donation did not go through.

5. How to request a refund

• E-mail londhepratishthan@gmail.com within 7 days of the donation.
• Include your name, the date, the amount and the Razorpay payment reference (it starts with "pay_" and is shown after payment and in Razorpay's receipt).
• We reply within 7 working days. An approved refund is sent through Razorpay to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 working days to credit it.

6. Failed payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed, the amount is normally returned to you automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If it has not been returned after that, please e-mail us with the details.

7. No goods or services

Donations are not payment for goods or services, so no shipping or delivery applies.
