This website gives information about the Pratishthan, its objectives, activities and governance, and lets visitors contact us and donate online. The objectives listed on the website are those set out in our registered Memorandum of Association; not every objective may have an active programme at any given time. Information is published in good faith and may be updated without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• send false, misleading, offensive or spam messages through the contact or donation forms;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the admin panel, the database or any other part of the website, or interfere with its security or working;
• copy or reuse the website's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Messages and membership requests

Sending a message or a membership request through the website does not make you a member of the Pratishthan. Membership is granted only under the Pratishthan's Rules: any person aged 18 or above may apply, and membership is approved by a majority of the Executive Committee.

4. Donations

• Donations are voluntary and are used only for the objects of the Pratishthan, as set out in its Memorandum of Association and Rules.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
• No goods or services are provided in return for a donation, so nothing is shipped or delivered.
• Please do not assume that a donation qualifies for any income-tax deduction unless the Pratishthan has confirmed this to you in writing.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Donation & Refund Policy.

5. Content and copyright

The text, logo and photographs on this website belong to the Pratishthan or are used with permission. You may share pages for non-commercial purposes with a link back to this website. Any other use needs our written permission.

6. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

7. Links to other websites

Links to other websites, such as Google Maps or Razorpay, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

8. Limitation of liability
